Baked Oats

Ingredients: 

  • 40g Porridge Oats, (8 syns or HEB)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp natural fat free yoghurt
  • Flavoured essence
  • mixed fruit

Method: 

Preheat oven to 180, mix ingredients, spray small baking dish and add mixture, cook for 30-40 minutes, serve with fresh fruit & natural fat free yoghurt
